Buddy Sites Available - awnings open up towards each other sharing a common area with 1 picnic table. Bring a buddy to fill the site so you know your neighbor or you can rent the extra spot so no one moves in next to you at a discounted price. $25.00 extra per night

No refunds after check-in.

Weekly and Monthly Discounts are automatically applied. Stays of 30 days or more do not pay lodgers or sales tax, that’s a savings of 12.44%!

 

Daily and Weekly Reservations Require the 1st-night deposit upon booking. Remainder due at check-in.

Monthly or Long-Term Reservations Requires 1-=week deposit at booking and remaining month balance due at check-in.

 

Additional months billed in 30-day increments.

Late check-outs after 11 am will be charged a $25.00 fee.

3 night minimum for Holiday Booking, 2 night minimum during peak season

Daily Rental Cancellation Policy requires 7-day advanced notice for a full refund minus $10 processing fee per site.

Weekly and Monthly cancellations require 1-week prior cancellation for a full refund minus $25 processing fee per site. Without proper cancellation notice, a fee of 2 nights full price rental will be charged for weekly reservations and a week’s reservation fee for monthly rentals. Convenience charge if canceled less than 3 days equal to 1 night’s rental.

No call/No show will be subject to full reservation charges.
